After a long and successful work as innovation expert and founder of the "Future Learning Lab" at SAP SE, I would like to direct the focus on "Design your Life" workshops and innovation consulting in order to give many people the inner access to their own goals.

Many people do not suspect their inside power. It is essential in today's digital age and its cultural change to gain more clarity about our own human strengths. Only in this way, potential areas of development can be identified and potentials exploited. However, as with many things in life, the realization should begin with yourself.
In my Life Design workshops participants are enabled to solve complex problems for which they are the experts of (their own lives). As a facilitator I open spaces and mindsets for individualism and experiences. Main coaching values like appreciation, trust, fairness & empathy are being combined with the mindset of the Design Thinking from the Silicon Valley.
Participants leave the workshop with new energy and strength, and empowered to make decisions. The aim is also to take away the fear of digitization.

Who is Isa
My name is Isa Zoller. I am an independent innovation coach and have been dealing with the topics of innovation and the harmony between life and work for many years. In my workshops, you will learn that longings do not have to be longings, but there are many ways to discover them, and it's easy to choose one way or the other. In the digital age, it is becoming increasingly important that technological aspects play a bigger role than ever before, but that, on the other hand, people are more and more in the spotlight. Successful companies will only be able to survive at this time if their employees have the freedom to develop their talents in the right direction, namely innovative, self-determined and intrinsically. Collaboration with other people will play a bigger role than ever before. Innovative topics such as "Life Design" - Design Thinking Methods applied to Life - and "Working Out Loud" - implementing personal goals in a large network - play a central role in this. I teach these principles of innovation in various formats such as consulting, workshops and events.
What do you learn from me? You learn that there are always ways to think innovative. Whether alone or in a team. Innovation means looking to the future, not just dreaming, but implementing goals.

Details on the content of the workshops: I want to help people to better combine work and life. I am firmly convinced that companies can only take advantage of the potential of their employees by helping them to review and value their own personal values at any time, and then to compare them with the values of the company to connect them better. We as humans need the certainty of finding or expanding exactly the work that matches their own values. Often we are not aware of our values, strengths and interests at all times. Together with a wonderful, experienced and talented trainer and life coach, Silke Klees, we will help you in a nice atmosphere and in teamwork and in a structured and professional way to expand your own horizons.

SAP History of Isa Zöller:
Isa Zöller founded the Future Learning Lab in 2019 as a human platform for collaboration and innovation topics. In the sector of learning, she started to form a group of active volunteers who were interested in fighting against all kind of borders and silos that hindered them from working together for one common goal. With this mindset she was able to establish a whole team of volunteers that called itself “FUEL” to generate ideas together for big innovative learning events that have never been organized in that format, not with that target group, not with that intention, not with that methodology and not with those great inspirational tools. The inspiration of Future Learning Lab went viral and could inspire around 2000 people who probably will carry that innovative spirit to their own areas helping the company to grow a human & innovative culture within SAP and also to partners, colleagues & generally spoken people outside SAP. The Future Learning Lab was founded within a short period in time, starting with a field trip to start-ups, with a lot of research and several workshops to foster the futuristic thinking and mindset. It was followed by different events, expert talks and raise its peak with a big “Working Out Loud” event that honored the founder of the movement itself but also brought a new kind of spirit to many employees at SAP. In summer, a new camp called “Social learning experience camp” and one “Future unconventional learning experience camp” brought 2 important topics to the heart of many people, which was: company success cannot happen without society and continuous learning is a close mixture of innovation, creativity, science & arts. Everything at the Future Learning Lab was new and helped experimenting and bringing new trends in learning. The events and talks helped employees to understand that learning, inspiration & creative thinking always goes hand in hand with others.
